At its heart, HealthBird is a wellness company. To solve modern day healthcare challenges, however, we also have to be on the cutting edge of technology. Our algorithms are the first ever to simplify shopping for health insurance, and we wanted to share our exciting progress with the biggest names in tech. To do that, we attended the Collision Conference, one of the biggest conferences in the tech sector.
Held in Toronto, it was the first in person conference since the beginning of the COVID-19 pandemic. It’s attended by the likes of Slack, AirBnB, Lyft, Cisco, and so many more. It was also named “The stunning future of tech conferences” by Digital Trends, and it was the first ever conference for HealthBird!
…And more! Before the conference, we went in with a few main goals: To introduce our brand to fellow tech companies, network with healthcare veterans, and explore possible partnerships. We’re thrilled to say we accomplished all of that.
In addition to making valuable connections with our peers in tech and getting our names out there with international media outlets, we partnered with numerous companies we met at the conference. We also had the opportunity to build powerful relationships with the founders of fellow startups, helping us to prep for our future international launch in Canada and beyond.
